Smart Home KNX Package - Basic

Scope of delivery:

The "Basic" package is designed for up to 12 rooms and includes the following components and functions.

Controls/sensors:
8x MDT pushbutton 55 plus 8-fold
6x MDT pushbutton 55 light 4-fold
6x MDT pushbutton 55 light 2-fold
2x MDT motion detectors
4x Binary inputs for contacts/alarms

The controls are available in matt white, glossy white or black and match the switch series of many manufacturers.
The partially integrated temperature sensors are used for heating control.

Actuators for:
24x switchable lighting/sockets
16x Roller shutters/blinds
12x heating control

1x Visualization and app control via MDT VisuControl Easy II or alternatively at an extra charge via 1Home Server with the possibility of voice control via Apple Home, Alexa, or Google Home. This also allows remote diagnostics and remote KNX programming for support and troubleshooting.

Option "w/o control cabinet":

The KNX components are delivered programmed and only need to be installed and wired on site.

Option "w/ control cabinet":

1x fully wired control cabinet with KNX components, RCD and miniature circuit breakers (1 LSS per room plus electric stove, oven & dishwasher) All cables are placed on terminal blocks and the on-site installation only needs to be placed on top.

Option "1Home Server":

The 1Home Server expands a KNX system with:

- modern app and voice control
- easy integration of Matter and IoT devices
- faster commissioning through ETS import
- powerful automations
- secure remote access and reduced maintenance effort

All necessary documents and project files are also included.

Procedure:

With the purchase of this product, you conclude a service contract with KNX Consulting. A complete smart home package is delivered, in the scope described above.

After the purchase, KNX Consulting will contact you to arrange a consultation. During this consultation, the exact specification is drawn up from your wishes and requirements, on the basis of which the implementation is carried out.

Delivery takes place approx. 6-8 weeks after the consultation.
